Although the bully's parents need to address bullying with their bully child, we also know that medications given to children with ADHD can increase suicidal thought. Maybe the parents of this young girl should look to the child's doctor (if a medical doctor should not have been prescribing Psychotropic medication) and pharmaceutical company.
