I find it very interesting Unitedforlies how you identify all recent mass murderers as "registered democrats". Is your theory that registered democrats should'nt have guns or restricting them would prevent mass murders?

You failed to also make the connection that all these mass murderers are white men. Does knowing that now change your theory? Are you now willing to suggest that restricting white men who are registered democrats is the answer?

Are you going to ignore the racial component in favor of the political connection? Furthermore recent history has shown Republicans are less able to live with election results.

I don't recall the anger, violence and uproar among Dems when Bush was re-elected as I see among Republicans who 3mos. later have still not accepted the results and joined the rest of Americans in supporting our President. In fact there are still Republican & Tea party zealots talking about succeeding from the U.S.A. What's up with that?

FREEDOM ISN"T FREE, understand liemonger, unitedfortruth, anarchocapitalist, marmel, usblues. Many Americans have been inconvienianced a whole lot more than waiting another 10 minutes before you can leave a gun show with your new toy. Those of you named cannot possibly understand because you are takers of freedom and liberty NOT DEFENDERS OF IT. To the people who took 4 or 5 years out of their lives to fight for our country 10 minutes isn't a whole lot of time. Again though YOU WOULDN'T KNOW, You had no time for that.

Unitedfortruth has already gone on record as believing that felons and people with mental conditions should be able to own guns. That should give everyone a good Idea of where his head is at. CLUE, it's dark there and kinda smelly!

There is no real inconvieniance to the buyer of a gun with gun checks. There is a small inconvienance for the seller, but so what it WILL keep guns out of the hands of those who must not have them.

"But 1.7 MILLION transactions were DISQUALIFIED "

No doubt you fall into that under adjudicate defective.

"Ban high capacity magazines, "

Did that. Didn't work.

"Close the gun-show loophole, and yes -- you make it inconvenient for law-abiding citizens to exercise their freedoms. "

Tell that to the Jews.

unitedfortruth, you simply are not happy until you come in and then attempt to take over any debate by commenting more than anyone else, getting the last word, and changing topics three times in an attempt to make your point. I agree with some of your thoughts, but you do need to take a pill, chill a bit. Make your point, then move on. You tend to comment so much people ignore your point.

I just looked at this thread and I do not have to read more than the last few to know that unitedfortruth is clueless.

I want to believe that the questions about printing money are not serious.

And why would you need to check a registry to have a background check? They are unrelated.

seriously, billdog. if our govt can just use printed money to spend on anything it wants in any amount it wishes, why on earth would you give them any of your money? why would you need to?

sbb5...you cant have universal background checks without universal registration. very very dangerous solution to stop 18 deaths a year from these psycho mass murders using "assualt" weapons.

"whereas if you take the criminals off the street you cannot have a gun problem."

What about the mass murders of children at the hands of mass murderers who have no criminal record (and, therefore, cannot be described as criminals) BEFORE they suddenly, and with no warning, grab/buy/steal a weapon of mass murder and use it to act out whatever murderous internal turmoil they happen to be harboring?

Close the gun-show loophole, and yes -- you make it inconvenient for law-abiding citizens to exercise their freedoms. Ban high capacity magazines, and yes -- you make more difficult for law-abiding citizens to fire off as many rounds as they can at the shooting range, or feel confident that they can defend themselves should their paranoid fantasies come true and the black-ops whirly-birds do in fact descend upon them in the middle of the night.

But 1.7 MILLION transactions were DISQUALIFIED in the last decade, because BACKGROUND CHECKS WORK!

gunfree zones arent safer.

its not a hard question....

why are you paying federal taxes when the govt is using printed money to pay its debts.

also, why are you paying taxes to a govt who has the authority to coin our money, but intead chooses to sell our debt to a private bank who prints up money for the govt to spend that we then have to pay interest on?

why are you paying federal taxes? why are small buisnesses paying any federal taxes? if they can just print up money to cover debts....why do we pay them our hard earned money?

why do we have to?

dont have to...you know you support it.

allow me to ask you a question then.

if our govt is spending printed money why do you and i have to pay federal taxes?

another one, our govt has the authority to print its own money. why do you think they are selling bonds to a private bank who then prints up the money the govt needs and then charges interest on it. why would our govt do that if they have the power to crate the money we need for 0 interest?

that baegs the question then, why are we even paying taxes to the IRS? i mean, what do they do for us beside nothing?

basically, if our money can just be printed up out of thin air to pay our debts, why would we need to pay taxes?

"When President Barack Obama signed the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill into law three years ago, he promised it would encourage healthy change and competition.

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon. REUTERS/Yuri Gripas "This reform will help foster innovation, not hamper it. It is designed to make sure that everybody follows the same set of rules, so that firms compete on price and quality, not on tricks and not on traps," Obama said. How is that working out? It turn out that in the view of the head of one of the biggest banks in the United States, Dodd-Frank is helping the big banks by making the cost of regulatory compliance so high that smaller rivals cannot compete."--cnbc

God bless the king!!!
