These reductions and equalizations need to happen, it's only common sense. This is not Trumbull County of the 1970s - democrat rule has driven so many people out of the area - this is just one of the lesser consequences that must be faced.

The words Democrat nor Republican need to be part of this conversation. This is about what is the correct number of precincts based on the population. I am proud of Ron for stepping up. The Democrats talk about how it hurts their grass roots organization. What they are talking about is feather bedding the number of poll workers who get paid on election day. The other side of the argument is Republicans lose the same amount of workers.You will notice there are no Republicans arguing for grass roots. So Trumbull County!
