My thoughts exactly WarrenProud. That legislation always dies on the floor for some reason. Doesn't it make you wonder where your legislators loyalty lye's.

What needs to happen is these blighted, foreclosed property owners, be they individuals or banks, need to have criminal liability for abandoning these properties and allowing them to go into disrepair. Put a few rich bankers in jail and just maybe this would stop.
