the community must police themselves and inform on the dealers and their suppliers. as long as the community ignores the perps ; they will continue to thrive.

The Legal system has to change so that "dealers" get long sentences. Ya gotta cut off the head of the snake.

we pay to care for these people, pay for their rehab centers, pay for their healthcare when they overdose or cause harm, pay for their crimes when they steal and rob from us, pay for the war we are waging against them...i dont do drugs but am forced to pay for those that make a choice to put that junk in their body? why?
just make it legal. we cannot legislate human behavior and human choices because it will continue to cost us more money.
let em take this stuff. it gets them off the corners, off the streets, out of having to harm or rob other peoples buisnesses or persons to get it. just give it to them.
tired of paying for othere peoples choices. its ridiculous.

Approximately 5 or 6 years ago, the City of Warren, the mayor at the time, and several other city officials were present at a neighborhood watch group meeting. They were confronted regarding the drug problem in the City of Warren. At that time a member of the neighborhood group presented a plan to them regarding the drug problem. It is a simple plan, it doesn't cost anything (except maybe for a few copies for flyers,) and people's time. It works, it has worked all over the world. The mayor even bought several copies of the book that explains the whole plan. The book, "Fight Back," was written by Mike Levine. Now the fight has been taken up by another man who travels the U.S. teaching people how to implement this simple plan. His name is Mike Bonventre. These men are experts at what they do. This plan works! The only reason that cities around the world won't use it, is because they lose their government funding for fighting drug problems. Choice-drug money or no dr
