That is an aweful thing when its so OBVIOUS that money can go towards someone else's education in English and writing skills. Oh J/K, she actually earned it being loyal to her city ..... perhaps if you had an education your sarcasm wouldn't be so full of ignorance and maybe you'd of been devoted to something for all them years and got rewarded for it. Good God give some credit where it's due and speak like an adult for pete sakes.
