Thu., 9:34am: Youngstown man guilty; Brookfield man faces death in Realtor killing

This is sad and scary. I had a friend who was a realtor who refused to show houses in Youngstown because 2 men tried to pull some shady crap on her. She always parked her car on the street so nobody could block her in.

Yes Zenieth, these three P'sOS I'm sure have money falling out of their rears. NOT. The judge should have given the entire 23 years. I just don't get all these reduced sentences and reduced charges. Why would the prosecutor and/or judge even consider such a reduction in a case like this. This woman was elderly, retired from either Packard or GM not sure which but was topic when it happened. A long time tax payer that was working in her retirement to continue to be a contributing member of society while these three P'sOS decided to take her life and money. Karma is a beauch. My hope is they get a cell with this woman's nephew, cousin, friend of one of her children, etc... A good arze beating and reaming daily for the rest of their miserable lives.

The prosecutor asks for 11 years for a crime with a 23 year max? WTH? None of these guys should ever see the light of day again! What is wrong with our justice system? They are too concerned with the prisoners' rights than the protection of the populace.
