The justice system never ceases to amaze me. This guy is a loser with no hope of reforming him, and he is up for parole!!!!!!!!!!????????????????. Why do we give animals like this chance after chance, and the victims never have a chance. My prayers for the victims family. He should have never been released from prison!!!!

This person has been given too many chances to staigten up his life and he hasn't even begun to try. Either keep him in prison or give him one right betweewn the eyes. His medical issues don't mean anything. There have been many prisoners who snuffed out in prison with their illnesses, so let this one, too.

NO PAROLE for any one who murders, rapes, deal drugs, uses a gun to commit a crime, or abuses sexually abuse children. Maximum sentences for all. It is as simple as that.
