I would think the city would have a code of conduct for its officials. If not they need to create one going forward.

They'll appoint him a designated driver to do his job. Alcohol like drugs is rampant in the area. The only difference is what's legal and what is not. DUI is DUI on whatever substance an individual chooses. Please, no special treatment for this man. You break the law you suffer the consequences just like everyone else does. We're on a run with these high profile law breakers ........
