The park board is helping pay tuition for Salem students? This opportunity should have been only available for Howland residents, as this money comes from our property taxes.
I'm still hoping that the township officials will do something to make it safer to bicycle from Howland into Warren and back. Right now, from teh DQ in Howland to North Mar Church is nothing but a dead man's land for someone on a bicycle.
Howland has cleaned up the entrance to Howland at 82 and 46 interchange! Nice job! Now They should do North River Road from North Road to Route 46! It would be great to cement the road way and curb it! With thich enough cement that it does not get the ruts in it like it does now ever winter! Get it done, Howland Trustees!
