Thank you to Mr. Dukes & Mr. Martin for doing the right thing. Especially at 3:00AM. Don't forget to flip Tipton upside down and shake him by the legs to collect the $484.00 owed to the Clerk of Courts.

Woof, Our legal system suffers severely. I used to think that it was because of overload but that theory no longer explains it. You would think that if you possess an habitual problem you would be punished accordingly. No, they put back out and wait until the ultimate crime occurs before they keep you away from society. I'm with you, Not worth two cents ......

Well Blues in the DEVELOPMENT I'm guessing the speed limit isn't 45 mph, more like 25 mph. So a couple of people riding their bikes at 9 pm shouldn't be a big deal. I walk our dog in the evenings and people drive like morons. They look no farther ahead then the end of their hood, turn around a corner and stomp on the gas before they can even see what is ahead of them, all the while talking on the phone, texting and radio bumping. Makes me wonder why we are having such a population explosion.
This young man should be locked away for a long time. Hit and run, vehicular assault, three or more probation violations, chances at treatment, non payment of fines, etc... He has proven to not deserve to live amongst the rest of us. Lock him up.
