I guess it all depends on how valuable you are to the team as to how much of that behavior will be tolerated.

The Rooney family has been consistent in their refusal to tolerate off field criminal behavior.
Termination has been swift and sure.
Mr. Rainey can probably find employment in Oakland where that behavior is tolerated.

Good for Pittsburgh. Make an example out of these guys. However, he was just charged and not convicted and got cut. If he was a pro bowl running back would Pittsburgh's reactions have been the same? I doubt it.....Big Ben.
