Agree, On house arrest and is allowed vacation? Lock him back up if the people had to go to Calif. He should be locked up anyhow as far as I am concerned.

The perv is on house arrest and gets to go on vacation? WTF! If his family was going on vacation he should of been told no by the court and if a BABY SITTER couldn't be found (he shown he needs a baby sitter like a small child with this type of behavior) he should of been put right back in jail while his family was gone. I just have no sympathy for a rapist.
The Agrestas were on the ``Today' show on Tuesday with Madison discussing the case. Why is Madison talking about the case with the accused present on national TV? Something with this entire case smells to high heaven.
