Derelict adolescents need a harsh lesson taught. So do their negligent parents. This behavior is inexcusable under any premise and unfortunately has become commonplace in society today. The responsible party(s) need to spend a few weeks unsupervised in the common area of one of our fine correction facilities. Give the guards a few days off and let these sickos know what vulnerable feels like
