Mental evaluation my foot. I see this is the new gimmick to excuse away thugs from the suburbs who murder and cause mayhem. They need to send these two losers to prison for five years each and make them pay back every cent of the private and public property they destroyed. Maybe if these two scuzzy bumbs had jobs, instead of collecting disability or living in their parent's basements, they wouldn't have time to go on joy rides, tearing down homes and schools. So not only do tax payers get to pay for the school they destroyed but we get to send them to "diversion" programs. Diversion programs are for children. Not 20 year old adult thugs who think they can do whatever they want. Guaranteed these slime balls won't do a day in jail and will be out causing trouble again as soon as the weather breaks.

That's a pretty light sentence for the destruction that these two caused. Anyone who starts construction equipment and causes massive damage like this should have received double the sentence. They both should have had a thorough mental evaluation to go with it. Apparently they had access to money that made the entire process less painful ........
