It is strange that I read some comments and then poof, they're gone. Are there some posters that are using the "report abuse" in excess simply because they just don't like what is being said, many of the comments that I have read are not offensive. I do believe most comments should remain for all to see, within reason.

Well, I can honestly say that I have never met a more arrogant, stubborn, stuck on yourself individual than you. Everything is rationally motivated and assumed. I don't give a hoot what color you are let alone what your bragging rights make you out to be. Don't try to sell anyone anything that they can not see. People form opinions by what they can see and in this case it's what you write. Every person has their own demeanor and they perceive what is put in front them differently. I am sorry you're caught up in that thing from earlier times that you don't get what you deserve from people. Maybe a little thought before your hitting the post button will help. The fact is that it can't hurt either!

No brag, just fact Billdog! I don't call it bragging to be in a conversation with a person who mentions what they do. I don't see property ownership as anything so huge.

I believe anytime I've mentioned owning property the subject was tenants, City permit fee's, property care or other relevant topic. I think only those who see that as a huge accomplishment consider it bragging.

Having an investment & financial mentality, discussing loopholes, tax avoidance and capital gains through investment comes natural. If you were at my home any Sat. we'd watch Suze Orman discussing our investments, how they're doing or tossing around ideas. We'd watch Bloomberg Bus. Mad Money, Bob Brinker, etc.. I spend time around folks who talk money, exchange ideas, search for new investments, etc...

Mr. Crap, I don't get your statement, "You people must really be failures to believe owning properties in Trumbull County is such a major accomplishment." I don't believe anybody ever on these blogs ever has said anything of the sort. Most have mocked you for your BRAGGING of owning properties in Warren that you let your family live in. Most have said, "So What." I usually agree with you, but this comment is completely off base. It has nothing to do with the article OR any previous comments. I'm a bit afraid that you may have had a minor stroke.
