Taste of the Valley sets October date
Assorted ramblings from the world of entertainment: l It’s happening a little later this year, but tickets are on sale now for the 17th annual Taste of the Valley. The event, traditionally held in August, is scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 5 at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown. About 30 Mahoning Valley restaurant and food and beverage vendors will serve samples of their signature dishes and products for about 450 guests with proceeds benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank.
