The company is installing sewer lines in the township. ORCHID: To Niles residents Hilda Popa and Judy Roberts who will represent the local American Red Cross chapter on a 14-day disaster relief operation in the San Antonio area. The area is recovering from approximately $750 million worth of damage as a result of Hurricane Dolly. ORCHID: To the volunteers and youth who through the Warren Interfaith Community Action Committee and Southeast Side Community Association are finishing their resurrection of Interfaith Park on Niles Road S.E. ORCHID: To Girard resident and minor league baseball player Stephen Procner who gave a sellout crowd at Eastwood Field a little more than usual to watch at the Mahoning Valley Scrappers baseball game Thursday evening.
