| | There’s No Doubt these lawn seats are a bargainFebruary 27, 2009 - Andy GrayPhish phans paid nearly $50 for patch of grass to stand on to see the band in June at Post-Gazette Pavilion at Star Lake. Parrotheads paid more than $40, when the service charges are included, to get on the lawn for Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band that same month. No Doubt announced its plans to reunite for a summer tour, but it’s offering a real deal for fans who only want some space on lawn to jump around. Lawn tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show June 13 at Star Lake (with Paramore and The Sounds opening) will be only $10. The band easily could have charged twice that and no one would have blinked. Those who want to get up close to ogle Gwen Stefani will have to pay a bit more. Pavilion seats are $80, $59.50 and $24.50, and all tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 7 at www.livenation.com and by calling 877-598-8703. Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article.
