Another casualty

The release says:

Communications Director Leo Jennings has been placed on administrative leave. This action comes as a result of new information received over the weekend related to the ongoing investigation into charges of sexual harassment. Mr. Jennings will remain on administrative leave while the investigation continues.

The scandal started when two women accused another of Marc Dann's Youngstown appointments, Anthony Gutierrez, of sexual harassment. Gutierrez already is on administrative leave.

Dann, Jennings and Gutierrez shared the condo where the at least one of the incidents of harassment occurred. Because of the living arrangement, another spokesman had been assigned to handle calls about the complaint.
