Carrie Underwood returning to Youngstown

Carrie Underwood, one of the fastest sell outs in Covelli Centre history, is making a return appearance.

Youngstown is one of 40 additional cities announced this morning for Underwood’s “Blown Away” tour. She is set for an April 11 date with Hunter Hayes opening.

Tickets will go on sale Nov. 16. No ticket prices have been announced yet, but tickets for Underwood’s Nov. 27 concert at Pittsburgh’s Consol Energy Center range from $41.50 to $60.50.

Underwood and Brad Paisley will co-host the 46th annual CMA Awards, which will be shown at 8 p.m. Nov. 1 on ABC-TV.

Underwood last performed at the Covelli Centre in 2008, and tickets for that show sold out the first day they went on sale.
