The pancake breakfast

Don't forget about the Rotary Club of Warren's Pancake Breakfast Day on Sunday, March 27. It will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Lincoln K-8 School cafeteria on Atlantic Street. As part of the annual event, a bake sale also will be held. Dunkin' Donuts coffee will be available for sale in 1-pound bags. Part of the price of the coffee goes to the Rotary Club.

Many local Rotarians and the related Harding Interact Club volunteer to produce and serve the pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs with juice, milk and coffee.

Tickets are $6 and kids eat free. It's worth the price of admission just for the food. The entertainment -- watching a bunch of Rotarians fry, flip and pour -- is free.
