| | Down and outOctober 20, 2010 - Mike McLainThe Browns announced Wednesday morning that offensive tackle Tony Pashos and defensive lineman Robaire Smith have been placed on injured reserve. Pashos injured an ankle last Sunday against the Steelers. He played the remainder of the game and showed no signs of an injury on Monday. Smith has been dealing with a bad back. The plan on the offesnive line could be to move Floyd Womack to right tackle from right guard. Rookie Shawn Lauvao could get a start at guard. Another possibility is Billy Yates. Coach Eric Mangini said he talked with the 32-year-old Smith about retiring. Smith has dealt with injuries in recent years, including an Achille's tendon injury two years ago.
