Jan. 6: Quick hits

Zilch-a Zylka: This week the first season of “10 Things I Hate About You” arrives on DVD. Howland native Chris Zylka is a regular on the ABC Family series, which has been picked up for a second season.

Those hoping to see more of the hometown actor on the two-disc DVD set will be disappointed, though. Except for a couple glimpses during a blooper reel, Zylka isn’t featured in any of the disc’s extras, which include some cast interviews and commentary tracks.

Wilco goes fast: As I expected, tickets went quickly during the presale for Wilco’s April 11 show at Carnegie Music Hall in Pittsburgh. I don’t know how many seats were released for the presale, but they were all gone within 5 minutes (I snagged a pair 14th row center!)

The public on-sale date is 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster.
